I'm a 17 year old female who is struggling with studies. Maladaptive daydreaming affected my thoughts and everything now I am not able to concentrate and it's became hard to remember perfectly what i've studied. I would like to pay attention to my studies 24/7 so I would like to know if there's any medicine to reduce sleep for two weeks? So I can use my limited time to study and practice questions 24/7 so I won't forget anything. I hope someone responds as soon as possible.

It is natural before the studies. Just concentrate and do some meditation. Don't take any medicine. Study smoothly and revise. You will remember at the time of examination. All the best.
