I am not losing my body weight. My body weight is increasing day by day. My body become thick and fatter. I am taking light food only in morning and evening. I am facing many problems. Please give a good solution to help me and make my body perfect.

Start doing surya namaskar empty stomach everyday after that eat 5 gram triphla chooran with luke warm water. Try alternative fruit fasting. One day eat only fruits, juices & water and the next day eat normal diet, try this for 60 days. Doing this for 1year will also be good and this diet has no side effects. Try not to eat anything after sunset. You are young and can also engage yourself in sports and other physical activities.
