Hello doctor. I have been living out of my town in different cities for studies and job for last 10 years .i have a gastric issue of food poisoning 3-4 times in a month .because I often have to eat street food and the food in hotels, restaurants. Because I don't have any cooking facility at my room. So whenever I visited local doctors for gastric problems, doctor used to give me combination of two drugs ofloxacin 200 and ornidazole 500 .this combination worked best for me for 2-3 years. But later it stopped working. Later doctor started giving me combination of ofloxacin200 and tinidazole500. Now this combination also not working. Because I took it for another 2-3 years. Moreover doctor tried rifaximin 400 .but it could not help me. I want to ask you what other drugs are available for my issue. Now i'm getting semi loose stools and feeling of fever and chills.
