Hello sir I have reflux esophagitis and had dysphagia last month I am on ppi and now I can take small amount of food and water however I cannot swallow saliva properly due to my swollen throat due to silent reflux and my reflux is not improved even after 1 month of taking ppi. If it is not improved I think surgery will be my option and just want to ensure whether fundoplication surgery is done in guwahati and is it necessary to do oesophageal manometry before fundoplication surgery. How much will be the approx cost.
