For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. You need to take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast.
