Hi sir I am a problem specially in winter season when I get cold I cannot breath properly. At some times I used to take breath so long. continuously iam. Having this problem since 5 or 6 years I did not consult any bcoz I do not trust on medicines neither or doctor. So I need a suggestion what should I dooo. I dint wanna consult any doctor.
