I am 12 weeks pregnant. What are daily foods by name I eat for energy and my baby. Please advise.

You need to eat a balanced diet. Eat whatever you feel like eating and as per your hunger. Eat lots of tomatoes and oranges. You can drink tomato juice also made in a mixer after adding little sugar. This will improve your iron levels. Eat figs and black resins (kishmish) daily after soaking overnight. Drink plenty of milk and take juice of 1 tender coconut daily till full pregnancy. Eat all seasonal vegetables and dal daily. Do. Meditation for 15-20 min daily and deep breathing for 20 min daily.
