We are newly married couple. My wife is 25 years old, she is having severe pain in her toe, hand joints which started post wedding. She has a history of irregular mensuration cycles (in two months) which was left untreated. Has the pain anything to do with the irregular mensuration cycles? Also, her esr is 2 mm/hr, crp 6.33 mg/l, uric acid 4.31 mg/dl.
