From last 2-3 days during bed time in night I am feeling sleepy but when I am to my bed I am not able to sleep properly. I keep closing my eyes but then also it didn't work.

Dear lybrate user greetings! its a very common thing in this summer, do not worry about it 1. Avoid sleeping in day time 2. Avoid taking excess food at night 3. Avoid taking coffee at night 4. Kindly switch off tv 1 hr before sleep 5. Try to sleep in dark room 6. No tension, relax and do meditation for 15 minutes. 7. Take bath twice a day if the problem persist after doing this, kindly contact us. We will prescribe medicine. Thank you have a healthy life through homeopathy.
