I am suffering from sleeplessness for the last two months after my prostrate surgery. Now I am using english medicine anxit 0.25 and it has not improved my conditions. Doctors advice d it has some side effects and should not use it continuously. My friend has suggested that the ayurvedic medicine is good and without any side effects. I am taking certain english medicine for diabetes and ulcer. Kindly advice me whether I can switchover to ayurvedic. And whether it gives me good sleep without any side effects.
