Is Eating chewing gums (center fresh) harmful. I only eat it 2_3 times a week. Does it effect me in any way.

In spite of taking centre fresh you can take sugarkess chewing gums. It dosnt contains sugar so safe for tooth. It improves gum health.

Reduce the duration for which you chew the gums. They can cause hypertrophy of masseter muscle.

Center fresh contains sugar in it. Do avoid using it. If you want to chew a gum, go for orbit or happydent. They are sugar free. Better is not to use aany chewing gum.
