it must be hard going through anxiety and the side effects from medications. With regard to medication and it's side effects please consult your
psychiatrist. But, I will also suggest consulting a
psychologist, for psychological counseling/therapy. A combination of medication and therapy works best. Therapy will help you go to the root of your concern and helps you manage it through certain strategies, techniques and skills. Once you've learned to manage
