I'm suffering from an acute condition. Someone was playng a song few weeks back in hostel. Nd the tune has got stuck in my head. Nd its dats bad ki im hearing d song.{i dnt knw if its a hallucination. But I hear it plan}. Its troubling and. Im unable to concentrate on studies. please help me asap. Der was a similar problem 5 years back. And now again it troubling me. I just started. fluoxetine 2 days back it helped initially but again its happening. Im way to worried nd I have my final year mbbs exams in 2 months please help me.

It sounds like auditory hallucinations and the trigger could be anxiety as your exams are approaching. Did you consult a psychiatrist when it had occured 4years back? consult a psychiatrist asap, as by the time your exams begin, the medications prescribed by the psychiatrist will have had its effect. Pls do not self medicate bcos you may not be sure what dosage would work for you and how long you need to take.
