Agr m 8 hour ki sleep bi lu ro bhi din mein mujhe nind aati h.pairo mein cramps hote hain din mein or fir 12 hours (including day sleep) ke baad bi kbi kbhi body tired feel krti hai. Jis din coffee le lu subh tb ye problem nhi hoti. Or iska reverse raat ko hota h.raat m bikul bi nind nhi aati h max 1 hour tk bed pr jane k baad. Kuch din se raat mein nind aur din mein bi sahi nind aa rhi thi but firse yeh problem start ho gyi h.
