I have stomach problems when I eat something then my stomach is getting pain and then I go to washroom what should I do.

Hello lybrate user, - stop having food outside - avoid spicy, green chilly, salty foods, cheers paneer - take daily once 150ml of butter milk - daily once pomegranate - have jeera water twice a day before food - take bilagyl 1spoon twice a day before food. If you neglect this chronic ibs may lead to other issues. Thank you.
