I'm suffering from a bad headache whenever I'm late in taking my lunch or dinner. Even it happens when I go outside in bright sunlight. Sometimes the headache remains for more than 2 hours and is even adverse by vomiting. Please help.

empty stomach, irregular food all causes GASTRITIS , try to be regular, if nothing just take one glass of water, or two parle g biscuits. so no headache or least problem. pan d one in empty stomach for gas, acidity. meftal Plus two times or a required for headache. emset4md to put under toung it dissolves with saliva wait for 30 min nothing by mouth till 30 min, to stop vomit. use as per requirement. First try water, biscuits.
