Hello lybrate user, back pain associated with continuous sitting in front of the pc may be due to spasm of your paraspinal muscles which can be effectively treated with rest for a couple of days, physiotherapy, well spaced stretching exercises between your work, avoiding continuous sitting and hot water fomentation. Thank you.
