Its mostly mechanical back pain which has arised due to improper posture and ergonomics at work. Consult a physiotherapist personally who can show you proper exercises, posture correction and ergonomics that you need to follow to avoid this problem in future. For this pain too, few physiotherapy sessions might be required but it'll be ok.
