I have small bumps on my penis head and on the shaft. The bumps on my head are white shiny small bumps. I am fairly certain that the bumps on my penis head are penile papules. Could they appear on the shaft as well? Two shaft bumps are symmetrical, almost shiny, and skin-colored that appear in between hair follicles. The two others are nonsymmetrical and appear the same way. There is no itch & I do not take any medications. It's been about 3 years since I noticed the bumps and it's little to no change in them. I have tried the apple cider vinegar treatment on one bump & it did not turn white after 30 mins of constant pressure. However, it did seem to appear to change color after the surrounding skin changed in texture and color as well (the skin surrounding the bump appeared as if it was underwater for a long time)

Hello- if you've never had sex, little bumps on the shaft of the penis may be pimples, a skin cyst, or ingrown hairs. These are common and they're nothing to worry about. Another condition that's normal and no cause for concern is pearly penile papules.
