I have had tinnitus for a year now in my left ear. Recently I have been, playing?,a lot with my ear and one night I heard a sudden high pitched scream like noise in my ear that lasted two seconds at most, and then disappeared. Since then, ive had transparent liquid appearing in my ear which then dries up after a while. If I peel it off then it comes again. Have I damaged my ear drum? Im not experiencing any kind of hearing loss. I do not know if this is related, but ive also been experiencing lower jaw pain on the left side of my face every time I move my jaw.
