Hi , here's some wonderful news for you. As a diabetic, all fruits can be had. Yes, you read that right! as long as these are fresh fruits, there is no trouble. While fruits do have sugar, they have a natural sugar called fructose which does not elevate your blood sugar the way processed sugar (one found in cookies, biscuits, cereals, juices etc.) would.
