Hello I fell asleep with my sock half way up my foot and today I feel pain on the side of it. I believe this is where the sock was tightest because is only that area. Should I be concern and could this maybe be a blood clot that I should get checked out?

Not likely. Watch for 3 days. If the pain reduces, it should be OK.
