Back pain after delivery is generally due to mechanical causes related to long hours of breastfeeding the baby in sitting position, inadequate rest at night and muscle weakness post normal delivery. Do back strengthening exercises and apply analgesic cream over back with warm water bag. Do not take painkillers without consultation as baby is just 2 months and lactating.
Also breastfeed your child in proper position in a chair using a feeding pillow. Keep your back supported.
Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min.
Start natural calcium supplement.
Do regular stretching exercise
In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR.
This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases.
