I had done my cbc 3 months ago and my platelets count is 60000 while mchc is also low a bit than the normal value and hb will be 8.7.now I had done my hb test 2 months ago and yesterday ,but my hb is not increasing. What will be the reason and what will be the diet plan to recover from it. Because I am planning for pregnancy and had a miscarriage 6 months ago.

Hb to increase by new diet system (nds) Dr. zarina patel ahmadabad. Add green juice of leaf. Second juice of tomato, carrot beatroot. Means two times. See the diet plan also. Deworming with mebex 200 two times a day after food for three days. Ivermectin one to chew. Add tab folic acid 5 mg two times a day after food till you conceive.
