My son is of 6 years and he is not look healthy. As he is sharp and quick in everything but look very weak. Please suggest me.

If he is thin and not putting on weight you need to make some variation in his diet. Increase protien intake in the form of sprouts, boiled moong chana, muesli. Try and give him milkshakes daily, dates, jaggery, paneer in a balanced form.
