Hi, I have been tested covid positive yesterday. I got the symptoms 3 days back starting with sore throat and fever on 2nd and 3rd day. Today is my 5th day and I don’t have fever but severe throat pain and cough is severe. I had taken dolo for fever and for throat I had taken one dose (5 tablets) of azithral 500 mg. What else shall I do? I am regularly gargling and drinking hot water, but the cough is not reducing at all. I took today two zerodol sp for throat swelling. The swelling reduces after taking the tablet but cough does’t. Please advise what should be done!
