I had pelvic pain and was advised a scan and was told it is endometriosis cyst and was treated with diane for 2 years. Recent report showed normal results and diane was stopped. After 2 months I had spotting so was put on visanne tablet. But now after 2.5 months of taking visanne I have been having moderate bleeding for almost 2 weeks now. I have been taking crina ncr 10 mg thrice daily for one day now. Now long would it take for bleeding to stop?

Usually takes 3-4 days. After that, take the tablet twice daily after food for 7 days followed by once daily after food for 9 days.

It takes one to two days if endometrium is very thin.

After 30 mg daily of crina ncr the bleeding should stop in 4 to 5 days. It is advisble to get a usg done and get endometrial thickness measured. Visanne can also cause irregular bleeding.
