Hi doctor, my 7 month son has mild foamy diarrhea with fever and running nose. I went to hospital on the first day itself, doc gave paracetamol and ors water and told not to give nan pro. On the second day he passed some green colored motion. It's been 4 days since I went to the hospital. I've been giving him only rice kanji. His motion is not so watery ,he is looking so weak can I give him nan pro milk? How long does it take to recover from diarrhea? After eating he is passing the motion what can I do please help me.
