My weight is too much my age is 28 and weight is 91kgs is it correct? How should I weight loss with out exercises? Is it possible?

Weight depends upon height & structure of a person. For a big structure to a height of 183 cm maximum weight should be around 75 kgs. You can loose weight by using some herbal metabolism boosters like garcinia, trikatu, tripahala. Drink warm water one hour after meals. Take care.
