How to increase weight. I do workout in gym, but my muscles are not growing, gym trainer told that I should have a proper nutrition diet. Suggest me the diet plan?

Egg whites in the morning, nuts and fruits midmorning, paneer or soya in the afternoon, roasted chana or pulse in the evening and steamed fish or baked chicken in the dinner alongwith your staple diet will help in gaining the desired weight
