Hi, I'm not getting sleep till morning 3AM, after that sleeping till 2PM, my Age is 26 Years. How to get sleep early and awake early.

Try doing some exercises in the evening play some game outside not on the computer, if you do this for a few weeks you start going to bed early you are wasting the whole day try to go to bed by 11pm and get up at 7am it all depends on your work schdule.
