One of my cousin he was little fat and wanted to loose some weight and wanted reduce belly fat. So Kindly suggest what kind of food he can follow.

To increase weight, you need to take more protein diet, fruits, egg white, meat, fish, in non spicy, oily way. Specifically for reducing the fat at certain parts, you need to go for gym, or practice yoga will be good, but it should be under instructer& regular. Try to consume more water.
