Hye. Water is needed to clear your system, remove toxins from the body and for all the life processes. Water is about 71% of your body. Drinking water in itself won't cause fat loss. Drink water enough to avoid dehydration and not too much so as to cause toxicity. Water should be boiled and cooled, stored in an earthen pot or copper vessel. Warm or room temperature depending on the season.
