Hi I got married in 2013 august. Now I am pregnant. Can you suggest me which type of food I have to take in these 9 months.

You are pregnant. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home. Do meditation for mental strength.
