Hello lybrate-user, a renal calculus 6 mm big is not very severe. However such a stone can cause a lot of pain and discomfort while it moves. Take a lot of fluids-as much as 3 to 4 liters of water everyday; avoid drinking juices; drink citro soda sachet mixed in plain water.
