Hey dr, I am suffering from pcod and I am taking 3rd course for it that is (tablet diane 35) 3rd crs. I don't get any spotting while I had taken 1st and 2nd crs but now as I am taking 3rd crs I am getting spotting. Why it is so?

Either you have missed any doses or there has been a hormonal imbalance. If you have had intercourse in between, do a urine pregnancy test. If not, switch over to ovral g for this cycle and go back to diane in the next.
