I cannot sex now due to long term masturbation. I used to manforce before sex. But while using manforce sperm not coming out but, sperm coming when I masturbate. I am planning for a baby. What is the solution.

Need a detailed evaluation by sexologist. Probably you have erectile problem and that's why you used manforce for sustained erection and if there is sustained erection .sometimes it is difficult to have ejaculation. While you masturbate, you do it without manforce and probably have premature ejaculation. Needs further clarification. Consult a psychiatrist .better to do it in person or teleconsultation.
