I am only 50 KGS and I am vegetarian I want to increase my weight. I am eating banana daily. But my weight is not increasing please suggest me what to do?

Eating only banana will not help you. Eat right amount of all food groups. Cereals, pulses, sprouts, fruits, vegetables, milk products etc. Eat all kind of pulses and pulse product like sattu, sprouts, 500ml of milk & milk products, soyabean, tofu, dry fruits like date, almond etc.

Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga every day and morning walk. Use rich proteins and nonveg specially mutton. Warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi, nuts and ghee.
