I have had a headache (which I thought was migraine) for almost nine years, I usually just use pain killers to alienate the pain. But they are some little interesting symptoms that I have always neglected, such as vision imbalance, ringing in the ears, low hearing and vertigo. I read an article about vestibular headache and all the symptoms are similar to what am experiencing. Most of my doctors believed its normal migraine but I do not.

Interesting, you can do one thing, when headache episode occurs, try to be in a quite dark room and take painkiller, if this alleviates your symptoms then it's a migraine.
