I have white skin at certain place of skin. It's there for 15 years and it's not increased or decreased. The reason behind is I got accident at my child hood that time small skin erased at the certain place. I used cream and some tables to cure but accidentally it's given itching. When I itching on this place it's got dark. After some few months it's cured but skin remained white. I want clarification is this normal or I have to take treatment again.
