Is cheese or butter is good for health. I have an average body actually slim and trainer has told me to eat cheese daily but other say that cheese and butter is not good for health.

Dear lybrate user, neither cheese is harmful nor butter is harmful. But as you mentioned about your weight and height your body weight according to your height isokay. Why you want to increase your weight. If you are feeling active energetic, no need to increase weight.
