Dear contraceptive pills are the cause of your irregular menses, avoid it and opt for other methods like condom, safe days, and copper t if you already delivered a baby. And first of all regularise your periods as this pills have caused imbalance in your hormones. Tell me what is the interval between two menses? do you suffer from clots also during menses? what is the colour of your menses? is pain present during menses?
