Hi. I , got married last year. My weight is below average. I do not have cheeks much as earlier. Due to studied till last year I was down to 39 kgs. Now I am 45 kgs. I am gaining my weight very slowly and I lost my cheeks. Is there anything that can be done for cheeks and weight gain in a month or two?

Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk.
