I do proper exercise and pranayam. Don't eat fast food or anything like that. But still. After waking up I sneeze a lot .my nose often blocked after waking up. And no matter how good I am in whole day .i need to take inhaler (foracort rotacaps 100) in midnight after sleep. I don't want to take inhaler .but don't know how to stop it. I don't being fine for whole day why I have to take it in midnight after sleep. Please help me out.
