You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk and do exercise atleast 15 to 20 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use table salt. Take sprouts. Avoid junk food.
