I had really chapped lips a while ago due to weather change and my upper lip line had become dark brown and was peeling due to this. This eventually cleared away but now I noticed in the small location a small tiny white mark on my lip which is connected to my lip line. Should I be worried and how can I treat it? It's just a mark, it's not raised or painful.
