I have psoriasis from past almost a year have been taking medicines and it's goes away and comes again what precautions should I keep taking.

I have psoriasis from past almost a year have been taking...
Psoriasis has no proper reason white scales r formed on red patches usually occur on elbows, knees, scalp, back, palms and soles dryness increases psoriasis it increases in winter, alcoholism, smoking also increases apply moisturiser to prevent dryness particularly in winter take proper medication to control it there is no complete cure for psoriasis but recurrence can be prevented with proper maintanence of skin.
