No if you do it right way and follow proper diet with this. To be fit and healthy you should continue exercise and balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Use supplement. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest. These are basic but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.
