Hello lybrate-user, you need not join any gym for exercise. Daily brisk walks of 20 -30 minutes morning / evening will help you lose weight, tone your body and strengthen your muscles. A little of diet control will help you achieve your weight loss targets. Avoid sweets and fried foods. Eat lots of veggies, fruits, salads and high-protein diet with moderate carbohydrates and limited fat.
