You should take a lot of green salads before meals. Also try to eat grammar seeds ( roasted) intermittently. Skimmed milk and hot water to drink. Any thyroid report pleas? keep exercises and long walks on.

Hello when you feel hungry drink vegetable juice, or mix vegetable salad, sprouts chat, 2 -3 fiber biscuits. This will help you giving satiety and neither will increase your weight. Keep sipping water and follow small meal patterns.
